Publication of certificates on LinkedIn

Publication of certificates on LinkedIn

Courses taken at the CBCUV may have the option of publishing the certificates directly on the professional social network LinkedIn. This option is activated by the person within the Chair responsible for each course at the time of creation, and may or may not be available, according to the objective of the course.

The publication of the certificate on your LinkedIn profile is always optional.

Within 24 hours of completing the course, if the course issues a certificate to be published on LinkedIn, you will receive an email with the link to accept the publication. Make sure you have your LinkedIn session open, or open it at that time.
The only permission you are giving us is to publish your certificate on your LinkedIn profile and under no circumstances will we make any publication on your behalf, to your network, or access any other information on your profile.

Importance of the automated LinkedIn certification

Importance of the automated LinkedIn certification
We want to ensure that our students publish the correct information about their certificates, and that this information is up to date, with minimal effort for the student. This is why we have integrated our training platforms with our CRM, and the latter with the LinkedIn platform. This way the whole process is automatic, and you only have to accept the publication when you receive the request email, which will be in English.

What happens if I don't accept the permission?

In order to publish the certificate automatically and for LinkedIn to recognise that it is the Chair itself that certifies, and not a manually created certificate, it is necessary that you accept the permissions. If you do not accept the email, it will be sent 2 more times to make sure you receive it.

If I have deleted the certificate, can I request it again?

If I have deleted the certificate, can I request it again?
Your certificate, in PDF format, is always accessible via the received link. If you wish that it be republished on your LinkedIn profile, and receive the activation email again, all you have to do is send an email to students@cbcuv.com, requesting it.
You will receive a reply email in the next few hours, with the reactivation link for all the certificates you have.

What information is published in my certification?

The only information we can publish is what LinkedIn allows, which you can see in the following image:
